About Washington Elementary

Washington Elementary School is located in Midtown Sacramento where student-led, community centered Project Based Learning thrives. Social Emotional Learning is imbedded and showcased with daily school-wide mindfulness yoga and community circles. Our school is steeped with beautiful murals thoughtfully curated that uplifts the community that we serve.

 

Reopened in 2017 and led by the talented, Dr. Gema Godinez-Martinez, Washington serves as a community hub fostering young talent from all different backgrounds.
